20 minutes from the Hotel**Restaurant Mendy,  in  Saint-Jean-le-Vieux, the paradise of the mountain bikers  is waiting for you in the famous Iraty Forest !

With its 27000 hectares of firs and beech trees, the Iraty Forest offers a 400 km network of 21 trails, of which 16 are conform to the european standards for Mountain Bikes.

The Iraty forest is also dedicated to the trailers. A 10 km interpretation path which traces back the history of the forest explotation is waiting your visit.
