Chocolate and couverture maker, Olivier Cazenave gets his precious cacao-beans from Mexico, Perou, Venezuela, Brasil, Ivory Coast or Madagascar. They are inescapable countries which produce cacao-beans with subtil aromas specific to their own continent.
